Salt Lake City, Utah and Campinas, Brazil June 3, 2013–Cytozyme Laboratories, Inc. announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with FMC Química do Brasil Ltda., a subsidiary of U.S.-based FMC Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement, FMC Química do Brasil will serve as the exclusive distributor of Cytozyme’s leading nutritional and plant health solutions in Brazil.
