Cytozyme Increases Sales Support in Two Key Markets

Salt Lake City, Utah, December 1, 2016—Cytozyme is excited, once again, to announce the addition of two more market development positions in two key markets; India and China. Jiafu Luo joins Cytozyme as Regional Sales Manager for Southern China and Anil Pannu joins as Business Manager for North India. They join Cytozyme’s global sales team and are responsible for field development, product and support training, and supporting sales throughout these two regions.

“It is imperative that we increase our sales and product support in both countries so our business continues to expand,” said Francisco Manzano, Managing Director of Sales & Marketing. “I know we chose the most qualified gentlemen for each of these regions who will play a key role in our growth efforts through product support, training activities, field development, and other important marketing activities.”

Jiafu Luo joins Cytozyme from Hubei Province with robust sales and project management experience in the agrochemical industry. He began his career with Bayer Crop Science in China in 2006 and quickly advanced, leading his team to achieve the No. 1 sales volume of one of Bayer’s core brands of insecticides. He returned to Hubei where he increased the market share from fifth to second. Luo earned his graduate education from Wuhan Business University in 1996 and later achieved his post graduate education from Yangtze University in 2011. Luo is based in Hubei Province and reports to Yadong Li, Cytozyme’s Business Manager for North East Asia (NEA).

Anil Pannu has over 20 years’ experience in the agriculture industry. He began his career with Bayer Crop Science in India, in 1996. Since working for Bayer, Pannu has also worked for DuPont, Coromandel, and UPL where he gained a lot of experience working in the Northern markets of India, excelling in managing and motivating dealer networks, and building strong field staffs. He received his graduate and post graduate education from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCS HAU) in Hisar, one of the leading agricultural universities in India. Pannu is based in Chandigarh and reports to RK Goyal, Cytozyme’s Business Director for South Asia (SOA).

“India and China are critical areas of the global agriculture market,” said Eric Baughman, CEO. “Now is the perfect time for Anil and Jiafu to join Cytozyme and support our strategic objectives in growing business and partnerships within these very important regions.”
